- Atta flour 250g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Fortune Oil 2 tbsp
- Fortune Oil to fry
- Place Atta flour into a bowl and add salt.
- Then add Fortune oil and mix well.
- Add water slowly and make a dough, ensuring that it is not too sticky
- Form the dough into small balls and keep this to rest for 15 – 20 minutes
- Heat Fortune oil on a medium flame. When the oil is ready, add poor is one by one. Turn them on both sides and fry until golden brown.
