Poori

Ingredients:

  • Atta flour 250g
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Fortune Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water
  • Fortune Oil to fry

 

Method:

  1. Place Atta flour into a bowl and add salt.
  2. Then add Fortune oil and mix well.
  3. Add water slowly and make a dough, ensuring that it is not too sticky
  4. Form the dough into small balls and keep this to rest for 15 – 20 minutes
  5. Heat Fortune oil on a medium flame. When the oil is ready, add poor is one by one. Turn them on both sides and fry until golden brown.
